Job Summary

We are seeking experienced instructors for IELTS, GRE, and SAT preparation at GREC. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, designing tailored curricula, and helping students achieve their academic goals. You will work closely with the academic team to ensure a comprehensive learning experience and provide exceptional support to our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and guide students in preparing for IELTS, GRE, and SAT exams through engaging lessons and focused test-taking strategies.
• Develop detailed lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests tailored to the needs of students.
• Assess student performance, provide feedback, and track their progress throughout the preparation period.
• Conduct review sessions and offer personalized support to students, ensuring they are well-prepared for each section of the test.
• Stay updated with the latest exam formats, trends, and strategies for IELTS, GRE, and SAT.
• Lead group sessions and one-on-one tutoring, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
• Provide test-taking tips, time management strategies, and academic advice to help students excel.
• Collaborate with other instructors to improve course materials and enhance the overall learning experience.
• Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the test prep programs by participating in team meetings and discussions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an instructor or tutor for IELTS, GRE, or SAT preparation.
• In-depth knowledge of exam formats, scoring systems, and strategies for each test.
• Strong teaching skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students effectively.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for remote teaching, content creation, and student assessments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Familiarity with teaching methodologies, student-centered learning, and test preparation best practices.
• A degree in Education, English, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred).
• Additional certifications or training in IELTS, GRE, or SAT (a plus).
